On the loss of my friend David Kilgour兩天前驚聞我所敬重的忘年交好友大衛.喬高身患絕症，將不久於人世，還在考慮是否要連絡喬高的太太勞拉，表達想去渥太華看望的願望，今天就得知他已辭世的噩耗😭，萬分沉痛！以此文紀念這位偉大的加拿大同胞。 I am deeply saddened to have lost my dear friend David Kilgour to a rare lung disease. Upon hearing the news, the moments when I was with David flashed across my mind so vividly, yet sadly.

我的覺悟：「六。四」三十年紀念會上的演講
2019年6月1日，加拿大民運人士在「多倫多大學」舉行了「六四」屠殺三十週年紀念。我在演講中回顧了自己從一個「又紅又專」的中共黨員轉變為自由民主捍衛者的歷程。我呼籲中國同胞拋棄被中共洗腦後灌輸給國人的黨文化，準備好頭腦和身心迎接沒有共產黨的新中國。
